Ian Coleman

Ian is a highly versatile and experienced Audio Engineer dedicated to the ongoing recording, editing, and mixing of creative content for film/TV, games and broadcast media. He was Chief post-audio engineer, and Music Supervisor on 2 seasons of the P.B.S. show “Roots to Ranches.” Ian also provided ADR, voice -over, foley, mixing, sound design and QA services for shows like “Gangs of London” and “Blindspotting” as well as short form advertisements for Starz network. Ian is an avid meditator and has experience creating deep focus meditation music and sound baths using the teachings of his mentor and also his own experience of meditating. With over 10 years of experience mixing in 5.1, 7.1, Dolby Atmos including live sound and music production; Ian is considered a well-rounded individual happy to take on any challenges in order to bring out the very best in every piece of work. Ian finds the greatest joy and satisfaction by being involved in the creative storytelling process - Be it on set, in front of a band or in the sonic depths of a studio.
